Intelliteach was founded in 1998 by Lance Waagner and Don Marinoni.
The two worked together at a 450-lawyer firm as IT Director and Training Director,
respectively, before creating Intelliteach.
In the beginning, Intelliteach focused exclusively on both software
training and the service desk needs of law firms. Now we’ve narrowed that focus even more,
providing nothing but 24-hour service desk services for the legal industry.

Building upon the firm’s tradition of service delivery,
our management team is dedicated to the continued development of superior service desk support,
putting us in a unique position to provide new and better services to our customers.
In 2009, we announced the opening of a new office in the heart of the City of London to allow us to
provide a better service locally in the United Kingdom.
